Canadian federal contract?!?

Canadian federal contract?!?Canadian government contract recipients are subject to "cooling off periods" this could explain the "news delay".   ..fire suppression/supply contract is my guess...halt on news is at the request of the company...bad news would be out already, typically after hours on a Friday..news should drop pre market open tomorrow ....pure speculation...but that's where my heads at.
