Given how little value came from these complimentary yet competitor companies, it makes one wonder to what extent his director role was ever beneficial to us. One could look at the SP and sales execution challenges to help inform that conclusion.
At some point need to revisit whether certain contributions merit status quo. Certainly after more than a dozen years. Just IMO as a shareholder of a company whose SP performance leaves a lot to be desired during periods of unprecedented business opportunities.
