Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Hi 99942Apophis. If all goes well I think Roger will be remembered as a dogged visionary whose efforts resulted in photodynamic therapy becoming part of the cancer treatment mainstream. Drs. McFarland, Lilge, and Mandel were also indispensable and other Theralase researchers made important contributions, but without Roger this wouldn't have happened. It could well be that thousands of future cancer patients will owe their lives and health to him and the Theralase team. Quite a legacy.

Once again thanks Eoganacht for your posts on Roger's interviews. I have only been a stockholder in TLT for a little more than 3 years and haven't seen Roger in action, I must say I now have admiration for this gentleman. One thing stood out to me is something I also say which is never stop learning. When he stated its not about the money but the contribution to mankind is what put me into the admiration of him.
