To: "shiftyone"I apologize for the unusual delay in replying to your last post of July 02, 2023, but I was tied up with some matters unrelated to Stockhouse. As you may already have sensed, I pay little attention to what is posted here, given that so much of it is self-serving, as you rightly indicated. Unfortunately, I have very little to offer with respect to your questions about myself and again, I thank-you for your forbearance. I am sure that my reply will likely leave you in a greater quandary, but all that I can say in response to you is thus. Throughout life, there are times when we are better off in just leaving questions unanswered and in letting events unfold as they may. There is very little that we can control anyways.
In May of 1956, a very talented, insightful singer named Doris Day, in her wisdom, introduced all of us to some incredibly thoughtful words in her song: "Que Sera, Sera", actually words to live by. Taken from the famous film by Alfred Hitchcock, "The Man Who Knew Too Much", these words very aptly apply to your concerns noted in your post. She says:
"...Que sera, sera
Whatever will be, will be
The future's not ours to see
Que sera, sera
What will be, will be...".
Sometimes it is healthier to just let events unfold as they may, rather than being the person "who knows too much". The bottom line is that we are all going to do well with Signal Gold. The Company is forging ahead with Goldboro and regardless of what we say on this Bullboard..."What will be, will be". Be patient and remain positive, as I am sure you are.
Thank you for your input here, on this Bullboard, and good-luck to you and to all of the long-term shareholders of this exciting little Company.
(P.S. it is worth listening to the entire song as sung by Doris Day, in that very famous film. I believe that Jimmy Stewart also starred in it. I could be wrong. Try it...you'll like it!).
