I certainly give credit and understanding to insiders who methodically disperse their shares upon excercise of warrants' option etc...but still take it as a negative. Analyst are prognosticating some significant upside targets...so I look for activities and actions within the company to support these views...
WELL showed another loss last quarter as it continues to build it's business, and saw some margin contraction. We are now at the end of another quarter and await the results...in the mean time, experienced a 20%+ pull-back on the share price...
There is a good chance we may see improvements in the numbers, but like anything, nothing surprises me anymore in the stock market...well, maybe it does, but I try to mitigate downside whenever possible.
Hopefully, the numbers are good...if so, I'll begin to rebuild my holdings here..I dont need to hit the top or bottom on my trades...
