RE:Wathcing DIR closely Well said SNAKEYBOY! The distribution yield on DIR is no longer anything special. Cooper could put the money from selling DIR in short duration bonds/money market and earn essentially the same yield while figuring out what to do with the money. Plus, that money will be 100% intact when Cooper does want to put the money to use unlike what Artis is presently experiencing where they are being forced to take significant losses on their REIT investments.
