Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. I wonder if Novartis' decision to hand back BeiGene's Tigit candidate also has to do with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which was passed earlier this year, and is meant to encourge US based biopharma companies to become competitive with China and to pull-away from doing business with Chinese based companies.
