RE:RE:Government Largesse and Battery PlantsNo. The Canadian government isn't running out of capital investments to be deployed into greatly strengthening Canada's own link comprising the North American and global battery materials and components development and manufacturing supply chain.
Canada's Strategic Innovation Fund, the Canada Growth Fund and many more available grants and direct capital investments programs funded by the Canadian Government and disbursed by government funded entities are available for NanoXplore and it's for now 100% VoltaXplore enterprise.
Also, the flow of private equity directed capital investments which would be triggered as a result of the Government of Canada's directed capital grants and capital investments supports and made to flow into both VoltaXplore and NanoXplore . . . Suffice to say there is much more than enough available capital to be invested in NanoXplore and it's for now 100% owned VoltaXplore enterprise.
By the way, since Catherine Loubier purchased NanoXplore shares at $3.31 and $3.36 during the 6th and 7th of July, I consider such purchases bullish longer term. Although perhaps not so bullish nearer term though.
Now that Catherine Loubier, a NanoXplore insider, purchased her 72,200 GRA shares, one could reasonably expect that there may not be any tangible deliverables kind of company news to be publicly disseminated anytime soon, i.e. unless Catherine Loubier's declared purchases were made on her behalf by a independently managed investment firm representative as part of a previously established, independently scheduled and company approved GRA shares purchasing program.
Note the SEDI filing stating that this is a filing of indirect ownership and listing the name Patrice McNicoll as the "holder" of those 72,200 GRA shares.
Catherine Loubier is the point person liaising with senior Canadian and American Government representatives and those representing would be "interested parties". The fruits of Catherine Loubier's labor would be had by both NanoXplore and NanoXplore's VoltaXplore enterprise and would serve in likely the catapulting of NanoXplore's share price in due course.
Although, judging by the downward direction of the NanoXplore share price today, such a catapulting of NanoXplore's share price would not behappening today.
