Toyota sales of BEVs increased by 745% in the second quarter of this year. 745%! Just another news about oil demand destruction! Right? After the 745% increase, the number was 1,961 cars! They replace about 75 b/d of oil!

every EV makers will see insane growth rate at the beginning, Anything divided by a small denominator will get huge number. However,the dreamer think that such early built rate can be extrapolated linearly to 100%, so wrong. We're maybe getting close to topping out of the rapid rise portion of the
S curve already. Just because EV runs on electricity, some think EV would have similar S curves as PC, mobile phone, microwave, radio, VCR,etc because tony seba say so.
