RE:RE:U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals Affirms Previously AnnouThe value of Citgo is somewhere between $10 and $13 billion - not nearly enough to pay all the creditors. I don't know how the Special Master will divide the available funds.  With $20 billion owed and our portion being $1 billion, do we get 5% (1/20th) of what's collected?  Should Crystallex get their full amount since they successfully started this whole thing?

I don't think the appropriation of the second JV mine falls within the purview of this court. I think that would have to be litigated separately.  We are suing for what we are currently and legally owed.
