NoName, you are right, there are more pressure on Ottawa , but even if they open the comptetion, imo they will still find one million reason to select boieng jets

on the other hand, Ottawa may order one or two jets from bbd just to show good intentions

and yes, US federal government who is bargaining on Boeing's behalf. and canadian gov. promote boeing
