RE:Has the Arbitration Hearing closedIt would be nice to have an update relative to this type of information and the road forward. Does not seem to be any breach to say that the hearing ended on such date and an answer is expected by such a date??
Would be nice if there was at least that much information released.
relative to arbitrations, depending on the complexity, they can wrap in a few hours or may take a few days for either side to present evidence of have witnesses appear. So it is not always Go on the day - submit your brief - and say so long. There might be an actual hearing which could last a few hours or days and the Arbitrator may have some questions relative to submissions to ensure he/she understands the issues. So the 30 days may not actually start on May 29th
With 30 days for briefs and then a further 30 then July 29th might be when people would hear unless the actual hearing went a bit later. Certainly should be about 2 to 3 weeks from now if the decision takes the full period to write.
It could even come out tomorrow or Friday??
