ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. I was told by PMN via email that they had been in touch with a few major banks and were assured that shares would be converted automatically. I contacted the trading division of my bank and they confirmed this, and that I didn't need to do anything.

But, I would call whoever you trade with and confirm it with them.
