And for the shareholders who didn't have the honesty to vote against 1 or 2 members of the BoD to help them assume their fiduciary responsibilities, well, you and all the other "Believers", got what you were asking for...

$5m in R&D costs savings? Are you joking? They need to ax at least double that amount to survive, and the BoD is fully aware of it.
