The press release does not discuss financial terms. This is not a straight coil driver sale (at least not in the sense you are thinking about it.
This appears to be a new product that leverages EXRO's core hardware and software technology. As per the press release: " the Parties will work together to design a proof-of-concept Coil Driver™ plus motor system that would specifically fit into a defined electric machine housing."
This is a new powertrain design and housing that will result in the company being able to advertise "EXRO INSIDE"
This is an exciting development and one that represents an accelerated timetable for overall power train development timetables.
Rivian has just announced their new Powetrain for 2024 production (dual motor configurations). That was nearly 3 years in development and they are using a standard 3 phase inverter.
