RE:RE:I know I know!Obtaining the right acquistion price. when negotiating with a plethora of interested companies who historically operated in a conservative pharmaceutical business model fashion and who must now transition into a a a world of biotech which is focused on the complex world of biological products versus the simple and absolute world of pharmaceuticals, takes time, talent and the right mind-set to get the right acquistion price..
