Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey back, and thanks. Hindsight is always easy. I'm not even sure that his stratagy was right/wrong or indifferent. Personally, I just didn't like it. If I wanted to buy the companies he invested in, I would have done it on my own, not forced into ownership. Things could have transpired differently but they didn't. Someone got their comeupance on stock picking and it came with an ouch! We all like to think we know a thing or two about picking stocks but some times just look like "ham and eggers", it would appear Manji no different to this extent. The gamble on interest rates however is glaring in comparison. We will see where he goes from here, we got a couple interesting years coming.
