95% of the Companies out there Missed The Boat

COMPLETELY. It should have been a NO BRAINER when rates near ZERO to refinance as much debt as possible and lock near ZERO rates for like 30 years.

Why did this happen, everyone missing the boat..... because everyone are SHEAP.... "If he's not doing it, I'm not."

This is also why in times of huge inflation companies selling properties at fire sale prices...

Just Stupid Crazy.

All just my opinion/view/thinking/understanding people are sheep.
