RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RE:RE:RE:Arbitration outcome meaning??If Replicel recovers the marketing rights in this judgement I am sure it will also include all data from trials performed by Shiseido which is part of the original contract.  
I think by now the second Trial undertaken by Shiseido has been completed. If the data proves out RCH-01 is commerically viable Replicel can partner with another company to market the procedure in Japan and eventually globally.
