RE:RE:RE:RE:Crux interview

RE:RE:RE:RE:Crux interviewMoral of the story is one needs to do their own DD and make their own decisions re. which companies to invest in. I'll listen to the arguments of experienced people or entities, but I never use it as a main factor in my decision making. At most it's food for thought if there's anything I think is worthwhile considering from that source. Newmarket Gold (Fosterville) was a grand slam. NVO is a trainwreck. Got to be careful in the junior gold space.

According to SEDI, Hennigh's personal investment in NFG consisted of just three transactions before he ceased to be an insider on June 7, 2022:

August 11, 2020: Purchased 15,300 shares on the open market.

January 4, 2021: Exercised options to acquire 100,000 shares at 0.50.

May 20, 2022:     Privately sold 100,000 shares at 8.75.

Balance as at June 7, 2022:  15,300 shares.

Crescat Precious Metals Fund presentation deck March 2023 (dated info, but appears to be the only one posted):
NFG no longer appears on the fund's top 10 holdings (page 13).
NVO is #9.

Eric Sprott:
- If memory serves, owned 1M common shares and also held some senior debt in Pure Gold Mining (PGM), which went into creditor protection a while ago and no longer exists, though I think Sprott had first dibs on the remnants of the company during the wind-down of operations due to the debt he was owed by the company.
- SIC:   Not looking good and is in dire need of some good news to turn the company around.
- KNC: SIC's neighbour that is in even worse shape than SIC IMO.
etc. etc. etc.
