Be specific...and tell me how it changes anything..
How does having a "reasonable expectation" to be able to borrow the shares have to do with accountability

Like I said..better do more research on the rules and how backwards Canada is.

It's not an accident that shorters from the USA choose Canada to short sell as the rules are way more lax.
