Its overLooks like our resident pumper will have nothing to say about the non response.
We all knew this deal  would not happen. Why pay 29 cents for an 8 cent company ?

Lol, too funny. 
And the next HUGE red flag is changing auditors, big one.

All in all this stock heading to sub 5 cents. Nothing left here.
