curbside: up to now I agree with you. I thought B F countryrisk was overstated given the postion of the mine next to a military base and it's central location, away from the troulbed boarder areas. I wonder though, if there is a chance of collapse given what seems to be the situation getting worse and the year after year after year cumilution of of these Savage ISIS like organzations seemingly running wild. I am not saying it,s getting close to a collapse situation. I don't know. up to now I thought the terrorist militia's were more of a rag tag hit and run type. Is the military strong enough to hold off insurgance. Or is it a case we could have a failed state  situation. 
Not trying to fear monger, like I said up to know I understood a discount for BF, but I always thought it was vasley overstated. And the tax situation is alot better than a place like MEXICO See Torex.
Any wise input reguarding county stability welcome.
