How many shares did he sell?  I did not see it on the Globe & Mail site -see below.   Robert Barron a trustee has been buying lots of shares.   There are many reasons why people sell, could need the money for anything but there is only one reason an insider buys, because they think the stock is undervalued. The fact that they got rid of the DRIP also tells me the company insiders think the stock is mis-priced.
