It is currently trading 2.26 x cashflow (G&M) as of today.

Cashflow will change after each quarter. I was getting ahead of myself.

Cashflow can change - given that RET.A hasn't paid taxes in the past years.

I was projecting that cash flow will range from 70 cent per share to $1.00 share.

The range is based on taxes will have to be paid in the future.
