FYI:  One day former Loyalists shareholders might just get a pleasant surprise.

PS. Note the 80 yr. old Peterson QC is still hanging around the BOD. Same guy that got hosed for 400 grand by Andrew Ryu with a 40 cent/share PP in a loyalist insider financing. 

Everfront was the Ryu holding company for DM.

Buddfox sent two links showing kick backs in the US by a WELL acquisition. Ignore it at your peril.
