:ack of meaningful news: Substantiation of 0.08 options?I may be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if DM was using the summer doldrums period to intentionally depress the sp (i.e. avoiding getting into signed contracts etc) in order to help substantiate the TSXV's approval of the 31 million options at 0.08, expiring in June 2025

As per the NR "
All options are subject to TSXV approval."
In the approval process the TSXV factors in various elements, one of which is the recent trading prices - The trading prices of the company's shares can provide a reference point for the fair market value. Historical trading data, such as the average share price over a specified period, may be considered in the valuation process.
As such, given that DM is proposing to issue options at near multi-year low of 0.08 (other than short-term blips in the 0.06 - 0.075 range), it would simply make it easier for DM to justify issuing options at such a low price...
I may be wrong but, IMO, this isn't a simple coincidence.
