The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Canada & USA to fast track Critical Mineral List ApprovalsYou would think that BONE's Piskanja project, being the first one submitted under the new Serbian law, would be used by the Serbs to showcase their "open for business and mining investment" mentality.  It's been 7 months since BONE completed the Piskanja's elaborate document. I'm starting to really doubt that the Serbs are holding up its approval.  We'll know soon enough now.  

Another observation, (regardless of what TD stated) IMO It's highly improbable that the Serbs would grant an extension to BONE for the approval of Part 2 documents given that they should want to establish a rigourous process for subsequent projects to follow.  What's the use of elaborating a law if, on the first instance of it's application, you don't follow it? Again, we'll know soon enough.
