Not correct.

According to section 3.3 - Timely Disclosure of the Venture Policy, (usually) 10 business days appears to be a key milestone. A trading halt, MAY be changed to a “Suspension” IF the Company does not satisfy CIRO, the governing body, that the imposed halt status has not been addressed to the satisfaction of CIRO.

MRS has already seen a long halt in the acquisition of Unifre.
