Frankly, to me it is really hard to sort all this out but for sure it really depends on where you live as to what is happening with climate change.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, where I live I have seen more wildlife and the forests are more lush than they have been for years. On the other side of the coin, a friend of mine who lives in Florida, due to all the hurricane threats pays 8K a year for property insurance. I have a house at a similar value and pay a fraction of what he pays.
I read last week that water levels in the Prairies hasn't been that low since AD 888 (have no idea how they can be that precise but oh well).
From an investment perspective, all this makes it all the more complicated in terms of figuring out the best strategy.
