Can you explain the other ways to finance (aka, raise capital) other than just to finance or to raise capital? As far as I know it's either dilution or a loan. A loan these days will have a large interest rate & some would say crippling. The float is already bloated so dilution at these low levels adds a ton more shares not to mention bring on the likelihood of consolodation into the discussion. BTW, look up the criteria to uplist - they are a looooooong ways off.
