Atlas Salt Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Excuse me...Who What When Where WhyFor me TPR need a partner and FFI ticks that box. Linde is another option. 

I know nothing about ATCM and avoid Vortex and VUL. I do have a sneaking respect for the Vortex managment though to get where they are on smoke and mirrors.

As to Vulcan. I question what they would do if they end up with a load of money in their laps from the Atlas sale. I am not comfortable in having to rely on Patrick and his board agreeing to release those funds in some way to their shareholders.  

I want to be sure I will be paid out in full if Atlas are taken over and for me that means I'll only invest in Atlas. I'd just be happier with three exits from the current board (Laracy, Noel and Edison) and three qualified additions.
