I think they have a completely different / broader focus and will concentrate on another path of increasing their overall market share and will have no budget / time / ressources for M&A activities of this size and complexity at this point in time. It really makes more sense to significantly increase value with what they already are good at and let infinitii team push forward to a much higher maturity level. Even if this would already be of interest for them I am sure they are williing to pay much much more in a later stage than now and take all the risk related to it now. Let´s fly the infinitii rocket to $4 :)))))
