The actual news releases and Malibus comments are totally accurate.
This poster said there was no PBR lawsuit which is not true, and he
also claimed a post that was made up and doctored.

You have to look at some facts and motivations here. Malibu is a shareholder
who lost lots of money.
The other poster has not but wants the stock to go up.

Malibu has no motive to mistate anything, but the other poster already has many times.
