Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Nah, me and Frankie agree HR is the place to be. Their development and rezoning pipeline is great, their assets, including office are top notch, and they are going to be fully industrial/resedential by 2026 which should be more in favor then a diversified REIT. Artis on the other hand will turn into whatever manji decides to buy in the moment.....really no focus and he's only disproved himself so far. I own a boatload of artis, I think can it still sector or outperform, but at these levels I rather own HR than artis
