RE:Nickel Surplus DecliningEndzone  let us be aware that whatever surpluses or deficiencies we read about can be false news.
If I was a major producer of Nickle and wanted to mitigate newcomers in the sector  I would also claim Nickle is in the over suply mode.
Does not make it factual?
Time will tell but I'm still buying Cnc at $1.34 today.
