Instead of saying we can't compete with the illicit market because of the taxes, I would frame it like this : You cannot perform the basic function of government. We should have a tax break because you can't enforce your laws. 5 years after the legalization, 40 % of the market is still illicit.

I don't think a forum post or AI made video on YouTube have the power to move the stock price to a significant level. It will just suck poor souls into a risky bet.
