RE:This sounds really badWhat it means is that CIRO, the governing body (like FINRA is in the US), is reviewing the halt request, pending news.  MRS is to provide support for the continued halt status and should it not do so "usually" within 10 trading days, then the halt status would/could be changed to suspended.  Until such has occured, MRS is within the rules, following protocol.  Today in fact would be day 11 or 10 days past, so should we not see a change in halt status to suspended, MRS has satisfied CIRO and they may be permitted to provide shareholders with an approved NR (ie: adequate information/not misleading).  Until then, it is a wait game.

This is in accordance with section 3.3 of the Venture policy, "Timely disclosure".
