DRIP

For those in the know, what price should I expect my drip shares to come in at?

Assume that I have about $1000 in this div distribution to be re-invested. Would the drip shares come in at the price of the stock when the div was earned (IE, $65.30 on Jul 3rd) or the price of the stock on the day the div is paid (Jul 27 assume current price $66.77)?

TIA for any help based on yor previous experience.
