PhD stands for Doctorate of Philosophy which is originally from Greek meaning "lover of wisdom". Greg's love is of Electronic and Electrical Engineering which is what his PhD is in from the University of Birmingham.
One of his papers is

PhDs are dime a dozen in Europe where have to have one to be on a board for co to be taken seriously anywhere or to earn high income. Its not like Canada where boars are populated with corrupt poorly educated people with hands constantly out for tax payer supports LOL.
I never touch a company unless have PhDs who earned both Masters and Doctorate while working full time in management. Everyone else is an idiot.
