Even if the risks of the issues at hand did not bother me, the lazy, and what appears to be forced, disclosure by the powers that be at TUD does bother me immensely.
If it doesnt bother you, everyonelse should be asking why.
As mentioned, I was familiar with the issue but a review of TUD disclosure, AIF and prospectus, does not mention the right of way has been granted and is moveing forward - just that SEA was planning the tunnel once upon a time. Clearly SEA is pushing ahead despite TUDs protestations which is what led TUD to go to court.
Nothing good about that. Best case scenario is that after wasting a bunch of money on laywers, it gets resolved - which we were all unde the impression it had been already behind the scened.
