Thanks CocoIndeed that was from a year ago, quite recent from this arbitration board. The point I was trying to make was the time frames for responses usually 3 months, then there up is up to 3 months for rebuttal. This process is what eats up the time, and allows Colombia to drag the process indefinitely. Surely the arbitration board is reaching the end of their rope on this unless Colombia comes up with another herring to keep it going. They constantly add "new information" that EOM must counter.
