Yes that Zecoteck was a real mess, fortuntely I hade only a few shres. I have lost two other companies to the Chinese.  They take a partial investment to get in and then run the company into the and then take it over, essentially stealing the technology.  Chinese are toxic investors.  These days with what is happening with international politics I stay right away from anything involving China.  Never know when one would get cut off with sanctions like Russia.
