Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B | RHCCF

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

Speculation

SpeculationSpeculation is the right word. But maybe the Arjae systems plant will work. I like that they convinced New Era that they can supply them a working processing plant. That means confidence in the innovative unique design. These wells are different than natural gas wells in Kansas and elsewhere with high helium concentration. They are primary helium wells. Nitrogen is primary carrier gas. But also some other stuff to deal with like the CO2 and a small amount of methane. Wish the helium concentration was higher but still it will work at the helium prices they contracted. If Arjae systems can make a little niche suppling these plants to Saskatchewan and Alberta companies, then helium volumes may ramp so a helium liquification plant is justified and the canadian helium industry takes off a little. Nazare could be huge in that case because it is a much bigger resource. Not dependent on scattered small pockets with a few wells and a smallish output in multiple locations (like steveville, shallow climax, ogema, val marie, etc). Anyway, speculation!!!! But because of the new era contract fueling  more hope the processing plant may work as planned, I did buy more yesterday at 24 US cents. May add one more tranche if it drops even lower for no clear reason. This top up will not be more than another 10% over my base holdings. Speculation!!! I am prepared to lose it all. I hope I do not and that the company does grow into a reasonable sized helium producer. If so shares will go up several multiples from here.
