Reading all the reviews for the various locations shows the number one issue is that they're so busy that people wait 10 hours.

Seems it's right up WELLs alley in terms of being able to bring in automation and experience to the clinic sector. It also shows the business is there as well if people are lined up out the door. 
 

Now I'm not aware of their AI side of things and whether that has any promise to it, but with my experience with clinical operations, WELL will do just fine here with the clinics it purchased.
