RE:Drill testing tunnel route

RE:Drill testing tunnel routeIf memory serves correctly, Seabridge planned to drill 40 geotechnical holes along the tunnel route in 2020. However, because of Covid, they reduced the number to 10.  I know some were drilled on Treaty Creek land and the cores turned over. I have not heard if Tudor assayed the core, and if Seabridge went back to finish the job.

My guess is that they did not complete the drilling program, because the original tunnel route was contentious. I knew this was still an issue because I asked the companies for comment and the responses were interesting. Seabridge PR asked for my number to have Rudi give me a call. Unfortunately, I was away and not easily reachable by phone. By the time I was, I had already received "we cannot comment because it is in the hands of lawyers" comments from two opposing CEOs in emails. So I never got around to following up with Rudi, since I pretty much had my answer already.
