Re:Rule 501Jl I think you might be onto something. Wonder if a non registered but accredited invester could sell their personal shares without them showing up in daily volume? There are just too many tools available today to manipulate and screw the average retail investor with very little oversight!! We'll wait and see how my brokerage house spins it. Told it might be several days.
