As I said before, I have never seen the whole management team leave en masse, and it has to raise questions as to what they are afraid of? I do remember one company that was sunk by a single insider who comitted a massive fraud by cooking the books to an incredible degree. Lets hope that isn't the case here. Regardless, I don't see how MRS will survive as a public company. If there is any value, the debt holders will probably take it. So the common shares are most likely worthless. JMO
