The King Island G6M Mine is a short term project (10 to15 years) that will in the end need to spend 10's of thousands to dismantle the process plant they just built and then clean up the site. ie soil remediatation and vegetation regrowth to bring the site back to its original state.

Sangdong is a 100 year project (at max) that I think there are many investors in the shadows waiting for the kick off.
Minimal site impact.
