They report a NAV of $10.07 for the preferred shares and a NAV of $5.02 for the capital shares. This adds to $15.09, in contrast to the full unit NAV of $15.10 reported by Brompton on another page.
This is the second time in three weeks this has occured.

I think what JOHN is missing here is that it is the UNIT NAV that is the base for the distributions and does not matter where the commons or preferreds trade.
THE DGS.pr.a carry a value of 10$ no matter where they are trading.
